- Growing company in a high demand industry
About this opportunity
Consumer Directed Services (CDS) refers to services which are led and funded by individual consumers. This includes supports such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), icare and other programs. These services provide a wide variety of care and support services to Australians with disability as well as their families and carers.
The role of the Coordinator, CDS Rostering NSW/ACT is to lead and manage our team of high performing CDS Rosterers who continuously roster our CDS services 6.00am to 10.30pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
A key element of the efficient and effective delivery of Consumer Directed Services is the timely and appropriate rostering of Wellways staff to meet participant needs, ensuring that the right service is delivered at the right time, by the most appropriate worker. Furthermore, rostered services are directly linked to the payroll and efficient and effective rostering also incorporates the demands of our award, legislative, quality and safety obligations.
Data management is also integral component of the Coordinator's role. The Coordinator is an expert in our Client Management System (CMS), Carelink+, including its rostering, reporting, and staff communication functions, fully leveraging the capacity of the system to achieve our business needs.
To respond to the opportunities and challenges arising in the CDS space, the Coordinator works closely with our regional CDS teams to ensure effective and continuous service delivery to participants. In addition, the Coordinator works closely with the People and Culture team to manage the integrated payroll, and the CDS Claims and Accounts team to manage claims and payments for services delivered.
Our team is physically located in two different locations - Pymble NSW and Callum ACT, and regular travel between these locations is necessary.
