After hours, On-Call Officer
- A newly created, casual opportunity to extend our support network for our valued staff, based in Geelong
- $35 per hour + penalty rates + 9.5% superannuation + optional salary packaging benefits
You have experience in and pride yourself on providing excellent customer service, which go hand-in-hand with your commitment to best practice and attention to detail, and above all, you share our values and our passion to support others. This newly created, on-call service will operate over a two-month period and is designed to support our staff seeking guidance during their shifts across the range of programs that we deliver. This kind of guidance includes, but not limited to, procedures for and general queries regarding rostering and shift changes, the PRN medication process, and incident reporting. The successful candidate will be available to work between the hours of 6pm - 6am.

What do you need?
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Proficient IT and administration skills
- Experience working within programs for people with a serious mental health challenge
- The ability to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities/ individuals
- Demonstrated commitment to best practice
